Hello all! Whenever I tend to do ab workouts laying on my back I always tend to feel it in my lower back. I’ve tried taking the movements nice and slow, bracing my core… but I still tend to feel it in my lower back!! Am I broken ?? What can I do to fix this ? I want to love the core/ab days but I hate them bc although I still will feel it in my core im feeling it in my lower back too which is uncomfortable!!
