Get eager to eat food if exercise dropped for one day

Hi team,
I am on my summer shred challenge 2024 week 2. I was doing my workout consistently but as I am in working profession and shift starts at 2pm and ends till 11 pm IST. Due to unexpected work fall in between I am not able to complete my daily routine. Whenever I start my workout somebody calls me to have me for a meeting or sometimes mails me to ask for instant info.

It's really too hectic for me to stay stick to my routine. . I try my best to do workout but 😞.
What can I do and second thing is whenever I drop my exercise even if it's for a day I feel eagerness to have more and more food. . Can you please share my what can be the reason. . I feel like to eat a lot and when I start continuing my workout I feel not at all hungry.

Please suggest that should I contact a doctor for it or anything else.
