Hi, The first two and three days when I started a challenge, the next day my muscles felt sore and I felt like a sign that I was training well but after the first 2/3 days I no longer feel any pain or in any case the usual post-mortem sensation. -workout (I'm on day 8). Ciao, I primi due e tre giorni di quando ho iniziato una sfida I muscoli il giorno dopo li sentivo doloranti e sentivo come un segno che mi allenavolo bene ma dopo i primi 2/3 giorni non sento più nessun dolore o comunque la solita sensazione post-workout (sono al giorno 8). Secondo voi mi sto allenando male? Questa cosa mi ha veramente demoralizzato (edited by moderator)
