Workout
Whenever i’m doing a workout and there is a high plank exercise, my form always gets insanely horrible after about 10 seconds or my arms give out. To combat this, i’ve been doing any exercise i can in a low plank instead. Most people have said they find high planks easier, so i’m even more confused on what I am doing wrong. Any advice to improve my form/ability to do high planks?
