trouble with losing weight as a teen

I have been working out and had a large calorie deficit for 2 months straight and I had no change in looks or weight at all im 46kg and 150cm tall although u may think that's fine I look incredibly flabby and my stomach protrudes about 18 cm can someone please tell me how i can lose fat Im currently on day 1 of the 25 summer fitness shred and previous workouts where random ones from yt
