I’m halfway through the 2019 2 week shred but I don’t see any improvements. I know progress takes time but my weight is the same, my body looks the same, & most importantly I don’t feel any stronger. Doing the workouts feels even more difficult than when I started the challenge. I can barely finish a workout without being completely exhausted whereas when I started I felt fine. I knew that I probably wouldn’t see much diffetence in my weight or appearence, but I thought that I at least would feel stronger but it feels like I’m getting weaker.
