**What #food is not for:**
▪️ picture posts and meal log/"what I ate today" posts without any helpful information or potential for community discussion
▪️ requesting or providing highly personalized advice about calorie intake, meal plans, or health concerns

**Quality over quantity:**
Always consider how your post can be helpful to the community. If you want to share a picture of a meal or your food for the day, what information can you add to make it helpful to others?
▪️ how does this meal or food work with your goals?
▪️ can you share a recipe or tutorial?
▪️ do you have a question or topic the community can discuss?
