Heyy so I live in a hostel and go home on weekends. Now the issue is that hostel food is preset and the BIG foodie that i am, I eat it all. If it sounds good its in my tummy type

The issue is that i wanna actually diet properly but every time see things like icecream on the menu i end up taking it. 

So help me out here on how do i stay accountable. I wanna be able to lose 15 kgs by Nov 2026... (your girl has a vision but no execution)
