This is my what I call “Trashy girl yogurt bowl”. Whenever I don’t feel like cooking or after a workout I want to get a boost of protein without drinking protein shakes (cus let’s be honest protein shakes don’t necessarily have the best flavor) I make this yougurt bowl.
It’s “trashy” because the ingredients are mostly whatever I have in the house so they do change, but the consistent ingredient list I add for nutritional value are:
- 2% Greek yougurt (16-19g of protein per serving)
- a scoop of protein powder (mix it into the yougurt)
- a mix of unsalted nuts/seeds
- frozen/unfrozen fruits/berries
And as the rest if I have chocolate chunks or cereal or Nutella or whatever else XD.
Today’s bowl has cheerios for the crunch and a random cookie I found cus I’m not a person to waste a cookie.
It’s easy, filling and you can adjust flavor for whatever you are craving that day. Let me know if anyone makes it XD
PS: I am not currently loosing weight and I eat a lot in gereral, so please do not compare my servings to yours, be kind to yourself, we all have different goals and it’s ok.
