Tips for keeping a good sleep schedule?

1- every week i screw my sleeping schedule and that obviously messes up the way i eat food and when.

And also many other things that makes my mental health drop low

And at this point I don't know what to do it takes me about 2 weeks or more to fix it just to screw it all up after fixing it by 2-3 days. If anyone has tips on how to fix it faster please lmk
