DESCRIPTION

Probably the easiest ice cream recipe you will ever come across! You only need 2 ingredients and 5 minutes to make the this creamy, healthy vegan peanut butter banana ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bananas, cut and frozen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 tsp Peanut butter, drizzled
  • 2 ounces Chopped roasted peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides if necessary. A tamper will help with the process if you have one.
  2. Serve immediately if you like a soft serve texture. Or alternatively you can freeze the mixture for 30-60 minutes to firm up a bit if you prefer a more ice-cream-like texture.
  3. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and some chopped roasted peanuts if you want!

NOTES

  • Best to serve right away for the best texture. But if you must, store ice cream in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Thaw for 30 minutes before scooping and serving.
  • Feel free to experiment with a different nut/seed butter if you don't like peanut butter!
