DESCRIPTION
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small mango, chopped and frozen
- 1/2 banana, chopped and frozen
- 50g baby spinach
- 6 ice cubes
- Splash of coconut water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!
NOTES
- If you don't have coconut water, you can just use plain water.
- Adjust amount of coconut water according to your preference. If you like a thicker smoothie, use less. If you like a runnier smoother, add more coconut water.
- Feel free to add in any other fruits you like! Pineapple would also be a great ingredient to add to this one.
