Sheet Pan Garlic Lemon Tilapia

DESCRIPTION
What’s not to love about a good sheet pan dinner? It’s easy to prepare and a breeze to clean up. This simple garlic lemon tilapia recipe only requires 4 ingredients and is ready in 20 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mince garlic. Slice half the lemon and juice the other half.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add butter and minced garlic. Microwave for 30 seconds until butter is melted. Add lemon juice and mix until combined.
- Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place on lined baking tray. Pour lemon butter mixture all over the fish, and place lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
