DESCRIPTION

What’s not to love about a good sheet pan dinner? It’s easy to prepare and a breeze to clean up. This simple garlic lemon tilapia recipe only requires 4 ingredients and is ready in 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mince garlic. Slice half the lemon and juice the other half.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, add butter and minced garlic. Microwave for 30 seconds until butter is melted. Add lemon juice and mix until combined.
  4. Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place on lined baking tray. Pour lemon butter mixture all over the fish, and place lemon slices on top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
