Not sure if it’s just me, I feel that the 2024 weight loss challenge is pretty repetitive in terms of the workouts we have to do for each video.    I find myself doing some of the same workout after completing the recommended video.    It may get too repetitive after certain days.    Hope the videos can be paired with different variation of workouts.    It’s okay if the video is from 3 years ago as long as the journey is fun!    :)
