Workout

Workout

Am I doing something wrong?

Is it just me or why does my toes hurt when doing hip twist/ hip dips? I know some people do the workout with shoes on, but I don't, and for some reason it hurt my feet. I don't know if it's my position or if I should just wear shoes. Does this happen to anyone else?

I think you should just wear shoes.

I tried to do them without shoes it's so much harder I found it nearly impossible to do them without shoes on.

I have found when I have not worn shoes several of the exercises are much harder.

Thanks for the suggestion, I guess I will try it, I feel like it'll be uncomfortable but definitely will be easier. Thank you very much <3

I have few suggestions for you!
First of all, without shoes, your toes and arches are doing extra work to stabilize your body. That can lead to strain, especially if you're on a hard surface or your feet aren’t used to it or maybe If your weight shifts too far forward or your toes grip the floor for balance, it can cause discomfort. Sometimes, subtle misalignments in the hips or knees can cascade down to the feet. And in some cases, just like any other part of the body, your feet need strength and flexibility. If your intrinsic foot muscles are weak or your toes are stiff, certain movements can trigger pain. Also If your hips or glutes aren’t fully engaged, your feet might be picking up the slack. That’s a common culprit in bodyweight exercises done barefoot! (hope this helps <3
