I’m not new to IF, I did it for 2 years religiously and never really had a problem with it, but I fell off my tracks the last 3 years and decided to be serious about it again recently — for about 1. 5 weeks now
I can fast for long hours, sometimes even up to 22 hours and I just eat one meal a day sometimes. I always feel okay and not hungry, until 2am hits. For some reasons, I’m always so hungry after midnight and I have so much cravings 😭I managed to control myself and not break my fast, but it’s been tough
Any advice? Why am I so hungry at 2am? 😭
