Okay, so basically I’ve just started today. And like during the exercises (especially abs) I don’t know if I should push myself too much because when I do I feel like I can’t breath or if I don’t push myself hard enough.
Honestly this exercise stuff is pretty hard, I’m currently trying to lose 20lbs and gain a hourglass shape.
Also when I do exercise, I find it hard not to have my feet slip from the ground or finding the right position.
Does anyone have also any tips or suggestions in general for beginners? (I’m 16, btw.)
