So I am currently doing the 2024 weight loss challenge and i just finished day 1 and usually when I start challenges and get to the rest day take the rest day and then it's like rest day for a month I feel when Icut the cycle it's hard for me to get back to working after 2 rest days so can i skip them or that is bad please help i want to make sure it's ok to skip my rest days or I should just take them but do some type of movement or like i did a small workout?
