I was wondering if you guys actually count your reps during each exercise versus not, or just going based off of how much time she gives you? I understand counting them does matter for progressive overload/pushing until failure, and you'd most likely have to pause the video to continue that specific exercise during that time. I'm not trying to look too bulky, I just want a toned look overall and to lose some weight during this journey. So far I've only lost about .2lbs in a week while doing my best to maintain a calorie deficit.
I appreciate any tips/advice 😊
