Favorite Challenge and Why?

While my health journey has been going for almost a year, I only started adding Chloe Ting Challenges to my schedule fairly recently when my weight loss plateaued and I wanted to mix things up to change that. I’ve done the 2024 Summer Shred and I’m currently on the 2021 2 Week Shred.

So far between those two I’m preferring the 2 Week Shred, though that might be because it definitely has less planks and plank variations than the 2024 Summer Shred did. But I’m also looking forward to trying the Daily 20 and the 2021 Hourglass.

What programs are your favorites and why? Do you repeat your favorites or just keep trying new ones? What challenges are you looking forward to on your queue?

Hi! I am currently on “the daily 20” you mentioned. It’s very convenient and the 20-minute aspect adds to the motivation lol. finishing it with pleasure. For me it is quite challenging, maybe for you they’re gonna seem easier ‘cause I am working out less than you
1 thing tho: the arms workout videos included in this challenge are not really for me tho i power through them as they are only 10min long:)
Hope this helps

Yeah, I’m looking forward to the daily 20. I queued it up so it’s on my schedule during the month I’m going on like 3 long weekend trips, so I figure it’ll be a lot more doable in a busy schedule than most of the challenges.

My first ever program back in 2023 was the 2019 two week shred and I was an amazing intro to Chloe on YouTube
Don’t get me wrong it was very difficult but I managed to pull through and it gave me amazing results
I honestly can’t say I have a favorite challenge because I love them all🤍🫶🏼🤲🏼 and I am sooo super grateful for this community and for Chloe making this available and possible for free
~Sending much love to Chloe 🎀

It's really hard for me to narrow down my favorite challenges, but if you see me recommend programs, they're often the 2021 programs because that whole year just felt like such a ☆ vibe ☆ Summer Shred, Hourglass, Get Peachy, Get Fit, Flat Stomach, I just had so much fun doing all of those for different reasons.

I have the flat stomach challenge in my queue and have been thinking about adding the Get Fit challenge. Kind of assumed I’d eventually do the Get Peachy too, so it’s good to hear those are all solid!

I don't have any room to speak I've only done the 2019 2 week shred BUT I did it with my 60 year old mother who had 5 kids and she was shocked by her results.

I mention her age and us because she had always said "I'm too old to lose this" or "I've had too many kids" yet we took before and after pics and there was such a difference!

She shared them with her coworkers and they all asked what we did! So I know 2019 is definitely reliable for us and our experience!

I might have to add the 2019 2 week shred to my queue at some point because multiple comments have mentioned that one! Glad to hear it worked well!
