Anyone else randomly get those sad blues? I know weight loss takes time. The other week I was so happy and today I felt so insecure and sad because my stomach is just ugh. Moments like these make me fall off from working out but I pushed through. I just hate how my stomach looks. I'm going to take my diet as seriously as I do my workouts. (edited by moderator)
