I am feeling really discouraged. I gained weight and inches doing the 2024 weoghtloss challenge. I am doing the 16:8 fasting aswell with a cal deficet so i should be losing weight. I am also heavier so this shouldnt have been a problem. Its been 25 days though and even though i saw improvements with doing the exercises, thats the only improvement I got.
I want to try more workouts but not if it is just going to make me bigger, which makes no sense. (I have also limited carbs and sugar and upped my protein so I really dont think the diet is the problem)
Any suggestions?
