What workout program should i try to lose weight?

Hi guys!
So... I did the Chloe ting 2021 2 week shred challenge and the 2021 weight loss challenge.

Hi! I have completed the 2021 two-week shred, the 2023 hourglass challenge, and the 2020 two-week shred. Out of the three I have done, the 2020 two-week shred definitely made me sweat the most and lose some weight. It is very intense, but the results are also very good!
