I feel nauseated during workout

Hey guys, I started working out a few days ago, which I did for 14 days but whenever the rest day came and I took rest, I was not able to maintain consistency During my 14 days workout journey . So I shared this whole problem with all of you and your replies and suggestions motivated me and I decided that after this 5 days long break, I will start exercising again from today. And I also started working out today but as soon as I started exercising, after 15-20 minutes of exercise, I started feeling nauseated and I was not able to breathe properly So i stopped to do the workout immediately.So are all these things normal during workout or should I continue to do the workout?
