I got a right shoulder ligament rupture (diognosed by doctor) ) 6 months ago (and i stopped doing workouts till now) so i cant do planks push ups etc so im in the flat tummy 2020 challange qnd there are lots of planks so i started doing russian twists instead of planks is it ok? Or do i do something else?
