Workout
So I've been using dumbbells that are 10lbs each for the 2021 Get Fit challenge, but I've noticed it's easier for some exercises. I'm thinking of going heavier, but don't know if I should get 12lbs or 15lbs. And since they can be expensive, I can't get both. Any tips? (edited by moderator)

I think it depends on the workout. sometimes you need 12lbs and sometimes 15lbs. maybe try both of them :)

Yes, that's correct. And the part about not hurting yourself, too. When the exercises get easier, it's time to look into heavier weights, but don't jump into a weight that is too heavy

Start with 12lbs. The difference will probably be more than you expect, and going straight from 10lb to 15lb is a really big jump.

I concur. 10 to 15 was a huge jump for me and I wished I had something in between at the time
