Hello! So I have been doing dumbell workouts for some time now, and I've noticed that my legs (quad area) are bulking a bit? Like they're slimmer, but there's a small bulk, especially if I flex. Is it going to get bigger if I continue? I don't want bulky-looking legs, but just lean and toned. Any tips on how to prevent that?
