Hello! My goal is to lose some fat and tone up my muscles. I've seen people argue for both of these ways so I was wondering which would be better to reach my goal. Should I lose fat first then gain muscle, or gain muscles then lose fat? I've heard it's easier to lose weight if your muscles are strengthened but I would prefer to lose fat first so I was wondering which would be better? Sorry I'm new here and I just wanted to get some opinions. Please let me know your experiences! (edited by moderator)
