"Rib cage" pain during arm workout

Hii, I noticed that everytime I do a arm workout, i feel discomfort/pain on the sides of my ribcage, do you know if it's a muscle/core strength problem or something else ?

Does anyone experience something similar ?

May be u doing in a wrong way exercise
Listen the instructions carefully first and then do it's
I think u should show to doctor once (edited)

It's impossible for anyone online to responsibly say what could be causing your pain. It could be a normal discomfort due to weakness, but it could also be caused by injury or some other health condition. The absolute best thing you can do is be assessed by a professional like a doctor or a physical therapist as they'll have the most reliable perspective ♡

you're right, wanted to know if it was a common occurrence or not, i'll try with lighter weights and build up strength on those tiny muscles ! ❤️
