When to start a new program?

Hi guys! I'm a beginner doing the Chloe's workouts and today is my last day of my first program so after finishing this program I want to do another one but I would start it tomorrow so I don't know if it's ok or I should take a one day break before starting the new program.
thank you so much <3 (edited by moderator)

The recommendation is a week but depending on how you feel you could totally jump into another program .
I usually give myself 1 day of rest after a program and then move into another one , especially with all the new 2024 programs being dropped .
Listen to your body and be sure to at least give yourself one or two days for your muscles to recover . 🙂
it won’t halt your progress to take a rest in between , it helps keep your body in better shape for the next workout . 💪🏻

You definitely should take a break, your body will thank you afterwards. Maybe one or two days or as many you feel you need. It's great that you've finished your program, congratulations! But please don't rush to start another one, don't hurt yourself and stay strong

I moved your post to #fitness (#feedback is for suggestions and input for us, relating to the app, website, and YT videos ♡)

Chloe's recommendation is to rest about a week between challenges, but whether you take that time or not is up to you, and really depends on your fitness level/resilience. If you're a true beginner, that week of rest might help your body recover and it might help you avoid burnout.
