Uneven Strength & Help for correct form

While working out I have noticed that one side of my arms and legs have better strength than the other side. Any advice to fix this??
Also, even knee pushups are too hard, how to progress with that
And, while working abs, I feel like more burn in my upper thighs and neck rather than the abs, what to do?
Any form improvements? I’m a beginner, so that might be a reason for my poor form.
