What do y'all think about the 2020 flat tummy challenge?

For now I'm on another one but I might start this one next... My question is, did y'all see significant results for the eye?? My tummy has flattened a lot already as I lost 3.5kgs from the 2019 two week shred, but I want it to be even flatter!! So will it help?? Did it help you?? Or should I try maybe doing some other kind of challenge?

i’m doing it right now and it’s harder then the newer programs. i’m having really fun doing it though, when i finish it, my abs love me and hate me at the same time.

I’m doing it right now and I do feel stronger in that area. But it is a bit harder in my opinion so I do take breaks lol

I see I see😁 but as long as you can feel the burn tho means you're doing smth and getting better! So I might start it later too if this is how you feel, good luck❤️

I went back to check: today, I've done day 17 and it was 2 vids on abs and one on the bra bulge (and I also need that ahahah).

Most of the workouts focus on the abs area and you can go from 10 to 40ish minutes a day per workout so it also depends on how you want it to be intense.
Usually shorter programs (like the 2 weeks shred, etc) are more intense and can get you results quicker.
If you want to take a slower pace, than longer programs are for you.

I do the flat tummy challenge and honestly the results are disappointing and it’s not fun. But depends on each person.
