Hello! I’m super new to working out and I think I’m going to start going to the gym. I am 17 years old and have been super inconsistent with doing at home workouts. I really want to get fit to improve my looks and also just feel generally better. I really need help coming up with a workout plan at a gym since I really don’t know what I am doing. Any tips and suggestions are super helpful!
