So really i have been doing alot of abs workout and i have seen results but i cant stop thinking about food all the time although im already full i will be waiting for the next meal tho i eat alot of protein idk why tho i don’t restrict that much
How to have balanced relationship with food
Tw i suffered before from bed then ana then mia and when my mom knew she brust out crying i told her im recovered but she doesn’t know my suffering with food and my body image
