Can anyone tell me what is my exercise. I am 21 and my weight is 70. I want to slim my stomach and I have become fat and my weight has also increased and my belly is hanging after csection. I don't understand what exercise to do

Hello, you're post is in the wrong area I think but when you exercise your weight will go up because of the muscle you're building so try not to focus on that when you do it, I personally like focusing extra on my abs but I recommend focusing on the entire body first to build strength in areas you're weak in then work on the focus areas, it will take time don't rush yourself, also start with the longer day challenges first if you're new to it, the shorter 2 week ones are more challenging when you're just starting out.

Start with 2 week 2019 and then 2 week 2021
