Looking for a new programme? 👀Then this might be the one for you.
💥 I want to start the Summer Shred 2021 challenge and am looking for teammates. It’s a 28-day, no-equipment full body challenge. I like this one because it includes lots of arm-focused workouts 💪 My arms are my weak spot and I really want to build strength – especially to keep up with Chloe Ting’s tougher moves, like her plank challenge videos …
🔥This program also seems to be great for weight loss with its HIIT-videos that will get us sweating and burning fat. I have completed another one of Chloe’s 2021-challenges before (the 2-week programme) and lost 2kg in just two weeks. That’s why now I am back for more!
🕰️ The workouts are between 20–44 minutes daily (plus optional warm-up and cool-down). So, it’s easy to fit into every-day-life.
🚀 I just finished my last programme today and in 2 days I’ll be starting this Summer Shred 2021. So, if you decide to join me, you’d have 6 days from today on to join my group – Tenacity Team – if you want to join me in this challenge!
