Hi everyone I wanted to ask if anyone else gets random heartburns during workouts, especially workouts where one has to lay down

If it's always happened when you lay down then it's probably not random. You probably didn't give enough spare time between your meal and workout. Usually you can workout 2-3 hours after you eat but in my case it's still uncomfortable 5 hours after main/big meal so I choose to workout with empty stomach or just a milk or a little snack an hour before workout

I dont get heartburn but I use to get reflux on occasion! Do you work out soon after eating?

Not exactly maybe a 3 to 4 hr gape
