So be been doing chloe’s workout routines everyday for almost a month and still haven’t seen any improvement. i’m usually a pretty healthy eater, and don’t eat a lot of snacks throughout the day. i gained two pounds this month and im more bloated than ever. im extremely insecure about my body and im hating myself more and more as each day goes by. does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight by doing these workouts in a short amount of time? ?
