I also want to share guys that I've been doing her exercises for 3 days and though it's true that you won't see the results right away, my weight has been getting higher even if I'm not overeating or anything. I honestly think that these intense workouts aren't for me. I've been doing low impact workouts for 30 minutes for about 3 weeks together with calorie deficiting and I lost 4kgs. I tried Chloe Ting's workouts to see if it'll help me lose weight faster but instead of losing weight, I've been gaining some and it's just not for me. For my PCOS girlies, try doing low intensity workouts and weighted workouts together with water and calorie deficit. It's what works. I'm 67kgs to 63kgs then now back to 64kgs.

My period was regular for months after a Get Fit challenge(the one where she wears dark purple 💜). I think the slow weight based workouts are best for us. Sadly I fell off working out since then but I did some low impact cardio and that too helped me be more regular.

I think it depends more on your body. Some people thrive better on low impact workouts like Pilates, yoga and low cardio like walking or swimming and less harmful manner of cooking example less fried foods, processed foods, more whole foods, boiled, steamed, steam-fried foods etc

One of my friend has PCOS. She basically lives sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy diet for years. She tried to change something to make it better, nutritional meals and physical activities.
Unfortunately most workouts are too intense for her that she ended up stop doing any workouts (not Chloe's but I perceived Chloe's as quite if not more intense) and bounced back to the old lifestyle and habits.
Imo, you'd better do baby steps. Like if you're currently quite sedentary, try to be more active. Then do not-too-intense sport (cycling, brisk walking or slow running) or maybe start low impact workouts or steps workouts. Really just tailor it to what fits you best so you'll stick to it and eventually improve your body (edited)

What is pcos?

Hey! Pcos is the short form of polycystic ovary syndrome, and well, from the name, you can tell that people with pcos(most of them, not all) have cyst on their ovaries
and people with pcos suffer from hormonal imbalance, irregular periods, they may have acne or some symptoms that are caused by high levels of androgen such as excessive growth of hair on the face or body or hair thinning on scalp, and sadly sometimes they are insulin resistant which can make it difficult to lose weight. But it can be managed and actually if you keep your weight in normal range and have a healthy lifestyle it may help with the syndromes.
Hope this helps!
