Incorporating weightlifting with the cardio can be a huge game changer for people with PCOS. Weightlifting tends to be more productive (probably because of the excess androgyns associated with PCOS). I will say, some people with PCOS find much better success with LISS (Low Intensity Steady State cardio) as well when it comes to weightloss, and only doing HIITs once or twice a week. Chloe’s program’s that target muscle groups with bodyweight movements would be a great place to start. I also recommend googling the weightlifting and LISS for PCOS that I mentioned, so you’re not just taking my word for it :). Good luck!!

You can search "PCOS" from the #fitness and #off-topic search bars to find some really great previous posts with lots of input from the community. I would also recommend checking in with an actual medical professional to get advice based on your own unique health history. You can show them the workouts you'd like to do and get their input ♡
As for saggy skin on your arms, I'd really recommend checking in with a dermatologist. Depending on genetics/lifestyle, skin can sometimes "tighten" up a little with time and care, but there's honestly only so much you can do, short of getting cosmetic surgery. Building muscle underneath does not really "fill out" the loose skin the way you might expect (you can look up examples of body builders with loose skin to see what I mean)
