Hello everyone,

We’ve released a new update on the app stores! Please update your app if you don't have auto update turned on. This update brings several highly requested improvements to Teams and introduces a brand-new Leaderboard section. 

A huge thanks to everyone who have shared feedback on teams with us. We appreciate your patience and we hope these changes meet your expectations. Here’s a quick summary of what’s new:

**Teams Updates:**


- Teams are designed to help you stay motivated, stick to your schedule, complete milestones on time, and finish all videos. We’ve updated how Teams work to better align to this purpose.

- The “Stick Together” goal has been removed. You no longer need to stay within 5 days of teammates or worry about affecting someone else's progress. yay!

- You earn individual points by completing all mandatory videos in your schedule, and reaching milestones. A team’s total score is the sum of its members’ individual points, which determines your team's rank. The team rank and dates completed determines your team's position on the leaderboard.

- You can upload your own team avatars now!

- Team admins can remove teammates, as long as they have not completed 50% of the schedule. This is to allow admins to remove unresponsive teammates, but also ensure admins don't abuse it for teammates who did progress past the midway point.

- All of this is clearly explained on the updated Teams page and Score Details page, so be sure to check them out.

- Note: On the web, some features might look a bit off, but we’re focusing on finishing the app roadmap first before revamping the website.

- Note: There's more clean up we'll do in the future, e.g. improving ratings, and refreshing the UI for creating/joining a team. We're focusing on what's absolutely necessary while we juggle between this update and the next.

**Leaderboards:**


- You can now access Leaderboards from the Community tab, at the top.

- Browse leaderboards for all team challenges, as well as some individual progression leaderboards.

- It’s straightforward to understand, so give it a look!

- Leaderboard status is now visible on your profile, with an option to hide it.

- UI updates have been made in the Discover and Community tabs, bringing them closer in line with the overall design. The Schedule tab will be next.
