the same old problem. New members join the team and then leave - a few days in or halfway through the program without as much as dropping a line in the chat. 

we cant rate them because they didnt finish the program (which is the whole problem), which means they can drop out all they want.  remember in the past there was a talk about showing completed programs vs attempted programs of a potential team member when new people want to join the team. But it hasnt been implemented, has it?

it would be nice if there was a mechanism to encourage people taking teamed challenges more seriously or at least letting others know if they dont.
