Active Rest and Prompts in Videos

When doing an workouts, especially in the Pilates challenge, I’ve noticed that Chloe doesn’t provide time to change between moves or rest muscles.
My Pilates instructor said this was really important in an workouts, especially for beginners, to make sure you do not end up relying on your back muscles.
During the longer breaks in an workouts, it may be a really good time for Chloe to suggest rest postures like child’s pose, hugging your knees into your chest on your back and making small circles. These all help to reset and prevent back ache - something I see many people struggle with in comments following ab workouts.

This could also be helped by Chloe posting how to videos or a ‘pre challenge’ video that breakdowns more complicated moves with more details about tensing muscles etc to make sure moves are being done correctly. Chloe doesn’t give much guidance and assumes knowledge, which is fair enough but there are many who will be doing it as a beginner so having a how to video would be really helpful and fill a hole left by other YouTubers.

It’s great to have 10secs to change the posture between exercises and make sure you’re setting up safely - even Chloe can’t keep up without breaks!
I would like this to be considered for future videos (usually she has short, this is the first challenge outside of warmups and cooldowns I’ve not seen it!)

I liked how the Pilates challenge incorporated guidance on how to breathe during exercises - I would like to see this in further programmes as this is the first I’ve done that mentions it.
