I'm not sure if I'm missing it but I'd really like a thread or tags for various age groups. It's great seeing and hearing from 30 somethings and even younger folks -- their self awareness and determination is inspiring! But as a 45 year old woman, I have challenges that they may not (or at least, they're new to me!). I'd love to hear from others who might be experiencing the same or similar things (hormones, slow metabolism, period:menopause, etc).  What have they done to overcome hurdles? I'd what I'm experiencing normal? I'd also love to support my older demo if it's out there.
