Community causing frustration

Hey all! Starting in December I started to work out again. I do Chloe’s workout programs in addition to home Pilates and general cardio stuff like a walking pad. I feel like I’m finally in a place where I LOVE working out, and it’s nice to be able to connect with other people with similar passion and share progress, ect.

Lately though, scrolling through the community posts has been a little frustrating and emotionally draining for me. All I see is posts from actual children who are venting about not eating, doing 4 workout videos in a day, trying to target weight loss, ect. I understand people are here to learn and don’t know better (many years ago I myself was one of those teens), but recently I’ve found it really having an impact on my mental. I try to give good advice and education when I see them, but it feels like I’m a broken record and can never reach everyone.

I know the easiest solution is to just not use the community tab, but I really enjoy connecting with people here. Is there any way to “filter” out these posts I’m seeing? Or is there a separate community I could join that’s meant moreso for adult hobbyist? Please and thanks!
