In my opinion there should be a option to remove a team member even after day 4 . Because  they do fine  initially but after 6-7th day  they start to disappear. They never respond to your messages , nothing .
I don't get why don't they just join casual one.
I did two workouts and got C in both , just because they choose not to do workouts. Even though I texted them in the initial periods to be consistent, even I wrote clearly in description " join only if you can be consistent" .
I don't know what gonna happen in my current team.  
Hope this team won't disappoint me.
