I saw a post mentioning they'd like a specific type of program and I thought I'd share one I'd like too :)

I personally enjoy full body challenges that mix both cardio and weights equally and would like more of them. 2024 Shred and Tone which I'm currently doing is pretty much ideal, although a bit more cardio wouldn't be bad.
