First of all I want to say I love this app! Thank you guys for making it, it’s a game changer! I plan on buying the premium version soon. 

I wanted to know if it’s not too much to ask,  if it’s possible for an intense arm focused program to be released? I noticed you have one available, that I’m going to try when I’m done with my current program, i just really enjoy and appreciate the different workouts and benefits.
