1.) Have read about daily/regular question(nairie)s, that help monitor eg ones mood-leves, pain-leves(DOMS), and other periodically(or not) occuring phenomenae. Do you think tracking these things on scales from 1to10/-5to+5/emojie-scheme might be helpful?

2.) Recent events once more made me question the safety in online-communities.
