I loved the 20min challenge! I'm a busy college student and it was such an easy (time wise lol) wnd fun challenge to get back into pilates! I'd love to see more shorter-timed challenges in the future, since they are so easy to fit into my schedule. I'm adapting with other challenges now, but I think this would help a lot of busy individuals!
